The agenda of the Meeting was as follows:

1. Discussion of the recent real estate and agriculture related legislation:

• Law of Ukraine “On Alienation of Land Plots, other objects of Real Estate, which are placed on them, which are in Private Property, for Public Needs or on Public Necessity Motives”;
• Law of Ukraine “On Construction Norms”;
• Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Simplification of the Procedure of Rights on Land Acquisition”;
• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 21st 2009 #1112 “On Additional Measures regarding Free Formalization and Issue to the Citizens of Ukraine of the State Acts on the Property Right on Land Plots;
• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 30th 2009 #1104 “Certain Issues of Granting Permits on Performing Preparatory and Construction Works”;
• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 9th 2009 #1305 “On Approval of the Temporary Procedure of Acceptance for Operation of the Finished Private Residential Buildings of the Mansion House Type, Country and Garden Cottages with Household Facilities and Buildings, Constructed without the Permit on Performing the Construction Works”;
• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 9th 2009 #1021 “On Approval of Procedure of Conducting the Land Register and Register Book on the State Registration of the State Acts on the Property Right on the Land Plot and on Right to Permanent Use of the Land Plot, Land Rental Agreements”.

Agenda:

The topic for discussion was the Draft Law # 4353-1 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine On Bar” dated 06.05.2009 which now is at the Parliament’s under consideration.
We were pleased to host the distinguished guest-speakers Mr. Volodymyr Vysotskiy, Head of the Higher Qualification Commission of Lawyers and Mr. Volodymyr Pylypenko, People’s Deputy, author of the mentioned Draft Law.
