Agenda:
The agenda will be focused on the discussion, analysis and conclusions regarding the following Laws:
1) Law #2391-VI “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Radio-frequency Resource of Ukraine” (regarding the authority of the National Commission for Communication Regulation (NCCR)”.
According to the document, the Law:
- brings the procedure of assignment of the permitting documents in the sphere of the use of the radio-frequency resources, established by the Law of Ukraine “On the Radio-frequency Resource of Ukraine” in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Permitting System in the Sphere of Economic Activity”;
- improves the efficiency of the activity of the economic entities in the sphere of the use of the radio-frequency resource of Ukraine through the clear defining of the procedure and the terms of the assignment of the permitting documents for the operation of the radio-electronic means and radiating devices, their import from abroad and implementation in Ukraine
2) Law #2392-VI “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunication” regarding the Increase of the List of the Services”.
According to the document, the subscriber by his claim can preserve his subscription number, provided by the telecommunication services in order to use the number for the telecommunication services in the network of another operator, which provides telecommunications services in Ukraine.

the Chamber was pleased to hold the Open Telecom Committee Meeting with participation of the Mr. Volodymyr Oliynyk, the newly appointed Head of the National Commission for Communications Regulation in Ukraine, Mr. Volodymyr Zverev and Mr. Volodymyr Paschuk, Members of the National Commission for Communications Regulations of Ukraine.
