OSAC Big
Hot Issues

Every year in January, the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) headquarters in Washington, D.C., requests Regional Security Officers (RSOs) at U.S. Embassies throughout the world, prepare a Crime and Safety Report (CSR) for their respective countries.  These CSRs are available to all OSAC members, and they provide background information on crime, civil unrest, political violence, transnational and domestic terrorism threats, as well as road safety, recurring natural disasters, medical recommendations, and dealing with the police.  Most importantly, they provide helpful security recommendations.

Ukraine OSAC Crime and Safety Report, 2010 is available to all OSAC/Chamber Members and we encourage you to review the information contained therein.

For those who have been resident in Ukraine for some time, this CSR will be a good reminder.  For those who may be new to Ukraine, this CSR will provide you some good background information and useful recommendations and guidance.
