The updated version of Competitiveness Partnership has been extended and additional reform agendas have been added. The current version of the 2010 Competitiveness Partnership includes the following areas and sectors: Agriculture; Banking and Financial Services; Commercial Real Estate and Construction; Customs; Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail; Fuel and Energy; Human Resources and Labor Policy; Information and Communication Technologies; Travel and Tourism. The updated version of Competitiveness Partnership discusses further strategies for improving the competitiveness of Ukraine and highlights some crucial reform that needs to be done and initiatives to be implemented to create a competitive, strong, and stable independent country with a vibrant market economy that benefits both the state and her people.

Now more than one year has passed since the launch of the Chamber's Competitiveness Partnership which puts forth a comprehensive regulatory and legislative reform agenda created in partnership with relevant stakeholders in the public and private sector who are interested in seeing Ukraine succeed. In 2009 Ukraine struggled with a serious economic and financial crisis leaving the country in the midst of a deep recession as 2010 began. As a response to the changing political and economical environment and to take advantage of reform opportunities that have recently emerged the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (Chamber) publically launched the 2010 update of the "Partnership for Successfully Competing in the Global Economy" (Competitiveness Partnership).
