On April 26, we mark World Intellectual Property Day to highlight and learn about the role that intellectual property rights play in developing business and innovation.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Preliminary Recommendations with the professional community of lawyers, experts and users of the future IP court and to receive feedback and comments from participants.
How to protect intellectual property rights in the globalized and digitized world of today and in the context of European integration and other questions will be discussed during the Forum.
