Every organization is vulnerable to crises. The days of playing ostrich are gone. Looking at crisis management-related plans, what we often find is a failure to address the many communication issues related to crisis response. Effective crisis communication is not difficult, but it requires advance work in order to minimize damage. So, together with Chamber experts we got ready for 2016 and discussed the issue in a friendly and professional atmosphere.
