On February 25, the Chamber held a Meeting with Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko and Deputy Minister of Justice Pavlo Moroz devoted to the State Registration Issues. Acting Director of Department of State Registration Oleksandr Shkelebey and Deputy Business Ombudsman Iaroslav Gregirchak also participated in the meeting.
Opening the meeting, Andy Hunder, Chamber President highlighted that the most important features of service for entrepreneur are clarity and simplicity, which permits to decrease corruption risks. In this regard, it is important for business to understand better the new procedures, introduced last year in the sphere of state registration.
Pavlo Petrenko highlighted that new system is intended to minimize contacts of businessmen with state officials, decentralize, demonopolize the function of state registration of property and make it the most comfortable for entrepreneurs. In particular, starting from April 2016 a number of e-services will be increased, so basically all registration actions, needed for business will be available online.
Further discussion was focused on current issues in the sphere of justice and further steps, such as judicial reform, managing state registries, execution of judgments and security of new services.
As a result of the meeting, is was decided to organize continuous cooperation on current issues, in particular, through creation of joint working groups and regular meetings.
