On February 16, the Chamber hosted a Presentation of TI “Corporate Reporting in Ukraine” Research, held in the framework of the Chamber Compliance Club.
Authors of the research – Dmytro Yakymchuk, Analyst, Transparency International Ukraine and Yuriy Voytsitskyi, Head of the Chamber Compliance Club, Selepey, Volkovetskyi and Partners – presented the methodology of the research along with the overall rating of companies. In particular, discussion was focused on the rating of anti-corruption programs.
Further, Borys Malyshev, Enhanced Public Sector Transparency and Integrity (ETI) United Nations Development Programme presented the Draft Typical Anti-Corruption Program of the legal entity and outlined its main features. Robert Sivers, Anti-Corruption Legal Expert, Enhanced Public Sector Transparency and Integrity (ETI), United Nations Development Programme and Yulia Vrublevska, National Agency for Prevention of Corruption are also participated in the discussion regarding the current stage of development of program and further steps. Tetyana Kheruvimova, Investigator, Business Ombudsman Council also shared her views on the issue, as well as presented recent initiative of the Council, aimed at promotion of business integrity in Ukraine.
