Aloha, Chamber Members! Thanks for joining us for a cruise around Dnipro river to take in the beautiful views, sip on refreshments, mingle with new and old friends, dance the day away and enjoy the summer time. To make it even more festival, we turned the boat into a Hawaiian shack with the tropical decorations, unlimited cocktails and beer, contests and attire handy! Energetic crowd of international business community, MC and DJ - all was there to turn an ordinary summer weekday into a marvelous ship-shape adventure.
This high-profile event has been focused on discussing the results and gaining insight from the U.S. - Ukraine Business Forum “Choices for Growth”, that had been held in Washington D.C. on July 13.
To mark the Second Anniversary of Women's Executive Leadership Development Initiative, the Chamber invited WELDI participants to an evening celebrating these two years they’ve been growing and developing professionally, exchanging valuable experience, supporting each other and sharing timely advice. The event was an Open Mic format with signature WELDI speakers saying a few words, and anyone who feels like it taking the word.
On July 4th the Chamber shared the joy of American Independence Day celebration with more than 3,000 guests who joined the Charitable Picnic to make fabulous memories for a lifetime.
As a lot of Chamber Members were in Lviv during the Alfa Jazz Fest weekend, so we met and used this opportunity to see old and new friends and business partners. U.S. Embassy representatives and many other honored guests joined us on this occasion.
On June 22, Chamber Compliance Club held its meeting devoted to “How to Construct Effective Anticorruption Program to Protect Your Company?”.
Opening the meeting, Mr. Timur Khasanov-Batirov, Chamber Compliance Club Co-Chair, Selepey, Volkovetsky and Partners shared an experience on how to ensure compliance of the anti-corruption program with the requirements of U.S. authorities. Staying healthy can often take a back seat to family and work responsibilities. Nowadays so many of us struggle to make healthy lifestyle choices that fit into a hectic schedule. So participants had an opportunity to learn no-nonsense ways to stay healthy in the midst of a chaotic life, take back control of their body without bending over backwards to keep it all together.

The Chamber invited all interested Members to discover Kyiv’s most unusual sights together with other adventurous representatives of businesscommunity during Netwalking Tour: “Secret Kyiv”. It has been a great chance to have productive Business Networking with other Chamber Members while casually walking around capital’s secret corners.
Participants saw places that they haven’t seen before: hidden, secret, forgotten, the ones most unusual to find in the downtown.

We were happy to invite our Members to yet another movie night that they could enjoy with friends and families, getting the most out of watching the original version in English, which is by all means a great way to improve language skills and see the film just like director imagined. The girl-power angle was enough of a twist to make the spy spoof feel newish.
