On December 23, the Chamber held the round table discussion Ukrainian Capital Market Reform: NSSMC Agenda 2016" with representatives of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), National Depository of Ukraine, Chamber member companies and professional stock market participants. The event attracted considerable interest and gathered about 80 market participants for open and detailed discussion.

On December 22, the Chamber held a meeting with participation of Volodymyr Shulmeister, First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and Ruslan Korzh, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine devoted to discussion of Draft Order “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine” regarding Railway Tariff”.
Chamber held the Knowledge Seminar “Labor Code of Ukraine: Get Ready to Live Anew” delivered by the Member Company ILF.

Knowledge Seminar “Legal and Tax Issues of Intra-Group Debt” has been delivered by the Member Company Sayenko Kharenko. The Seminar has been held in the form of four-o'clock-tea meeting.
On December 17, the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands in Ukraine co-organized a Round Table "Ukraine on the Move to Improvements: Protection of the Rights for Plant Varieties". The event was aimed to discuss the current situation in the sphere of intellectual property rights protection in the sphere of seeds and plant varieties as well as get acquainted with the system of registration, protection and enforcement of plant variety protection (PVP) in the EU Member-States.
On December 17, the Chamber hosted the meeting with Serhiy Petukhov and Gia Getsadze, Deputies to the Minister of Justice of Ukraine devoted to the Future of Commercial Code of Ukraine.
Opening the meeting, Tetyana Prokopchuk, Chamber Vice President of Policy highlighted the importance of proper regulation of business operations for improvement of business climate in Ukraine.
On December 16, the Chamber Members met with Roman Nasirov, Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Sergiy Bilan, First Deputy Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, and the leadership of certain departments of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS).
The meeting was devoted to discussion of the practical issues of process of tax administration.
On December 15, the Chamber held a meeting with Nazar Kholodnytskyi, Deputy General Prosecutor of Ukraine – Head of Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office – one of the key bodies, responsible for combating corruption in Ukraine.
