                     <title><![CDATA[OSAC Forum – Best Security Practices]]></title>

                     <description><![CDATA[<img align="left" vspace="5" hspace="10" src="http://www.chamber.ua/files/gallery/icons/committeeBigIcon/bigmar_2_osac.jpg" width="100" height="60" /><p style="text-align: justify;">On Wednesday, March 2, Chamber OSAC Committee in conjunction with the U.S. Embassy hosted a forum where each security department representative had an opportunity to make a presentation about their experience in regards to best security practices in Ukraine and security challenges of conducting business in Ukraine. The meeting served as a brainstorming session to share information within the framework of the Special Joint Project of the Overseas Security Advisory Council and the OSAC Committee of the Chamber and gave an excellent chance for the participants to learn how others address security problems in Ukraine.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Starting the Meeting, <strong>Mr.</strong> <strong>Viktor Panchak, Security Manager, KRAFT FOODS UKRAINE </strong>presented Kraft Foods&rsquo; business general overview, security structure of the company, security organization at sites, key security programs applied in the company and shared with the representatives the best practices of the company.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mr. Sergey Yatsenko </strong>spoke about his company&rsquo;s main areas of operations, principles of enterprise&rsquo;s security, threats for an enterprise and means of protection.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Continuing the Meeting, <strong>Mr. Sergii Grebenyuk, Lawyer, Magisters</strong> spoke about the legal aspects of cooperation between business and law-enforcement authorities. <em>&nbsp;</em>&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mr. Volodymyr Tkachenko, Director, </strong><strong>Active Audit Agency </strong>devoted his Presentation to the main problems of security business in Ukraine. He defined main players on the market, information security management system, risk management approach.<strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>

                     <title><![CDATA[Chamber Overseas Security Advisory Council’s Cyber Security Conference]]></title>

                     <description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">The Chamber in conjunction with the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) was pleased to host an important and insightful&nbsp;<strong>Cyber Security Conference</strong>&nbsp;that was timely during these challenging times of increased threats to the private sector from on-line criminals.</p>
