CHAMBER WORKING GROUPS

The Policy Team of the Chamber in conjunction with the Board of Directors and its Committees, Committee Leaders, and active Members within the Chamber Committees and Working Groups are actively engaged in lobbying and advocating issues that are of importance to Members and keys for their success.

Close working relationships with the Presidential Secretariat, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Parliament, State Committees and Public Councils have already proved to be beneficial for the Membership by providing access to relevant information, early warnings on draft legislation prepared by different State authorities, possibility to be involved into the activities of a wide variety of Working Groups, participation in important meetings and round tables on issues important for the private sector and investment environment.

For those interested members who are not yet involved directly in the Advocacy and Lobbying activity of the Chamber there are many opportunities available for Chamber Members to cooperate with the Chamber Policy Team to achieve a better investment environment in Ukraine and address issues of concern for your business.

A variety of venues and channels are available for those Members who would like to invest their time and knowledge participating together with fellow Members and the Chamber Policy Team to positively impact their spheres of interest.

One of those instruments, which are available is Working Group focuses on specific legislation / regulations that negatively impact the Membership and bring together Members who are experts on those issues to develop recommendations and execute action plans to resolve various problems. Once the problems are resolved the Working Group discontinues their operations.
